Preliminary Remarks

In Self Service, customers can manage their personal data, payment data, subscriptions, invoices and wallets (for credit-based offers).

The Frisbii Media Self Service can be fully or partially - depending on requirements - integrated into the website.

The layout can also be customized. More information about the Self Service settings can be found here.  


Snippets

Overview

In the snippet Overview all information is displayed together. 

User administration

The users of a multi-user offer can be managed in the User management snippet. This snippet only appears when a multi-user offer has been purchased via the checkout.

Personal data

In the snippet Personal data , customer data can be managed and 2-factor authentication can be set up.

Addresses

The customer can manage their billing and delivery address in the snippet Address .

Add addresses

For new addresses, customers have the option of linking them directly to their active subscription(s).

Change addresses

When changing the address, there is the option of planning the change of address at a specific time in the future.

Up to two address changes can be planned in the future.

Payment data

In the snippet Payment the customer can manage their payment methods (change, add new ones).

If a payment method is no longer valid, this is displayed and can either be removed or changed.

Subscriptions

In the snippet Subscriptions all purchased (active, inactive, canceled) subscriptions are displayed.  Active subscriptions can be canceled or paused via Manage (depends on the settings in the Merchant Backend).

Customers can also change their payment method directly on the subscription.

Invoices

In the snippet Invoices , created invoices/XInvoices can be downloaded.

Wallets

In the snippet Wallets , the credit balance and top-up can be viewed when purchasing a credit-based offer .
