Preliminary Remarks
A time-based subscription can consist of the following components:
One or more steps
one or more products
Bundle(s) with several products
The products within a bundle cannot be canceled separately. Only the entire subscription can be canceled, which is why the conditions in the product contract must be identical for each product and step (cancellation period, accounting period, subscription interval).
Product contracts are required to create a subscription. These can be created either before or during the offer creation process.

Note: A price sheet is required to create a product contract within the offer creation, which must have already been created before the offer creation.
A time-based subscription can also be used as a multi-user offer.
Create a time-based subscription
The form for creating a time-based subscription is divided into 3 tabs.
Basic data
Products
Summary
Base data tab
Assign internal title* of the offer.
Optionally sort into a folder structure.
Select the number of steps* that the offer should have.
For example, if an offer is to be created with a free trial period and a chargeable period, two steps can be defined.Offer* is the public title of the offer.
This title is displayed to the customer in the checkout.Enter legal advice* and optionally add additional title description, description and summary.
These texts are displayed to the customer in the checkout, in the invoice and in the order confirmation.
Optionally select misuse rule.
Optional define management of the offer.
Products Tab
A product tree is displayed on the left-hand side, which can be used to add products and bundles. All products and bundles that have already been added are displayed in the product tree. They can also be deleted by clicking on the trash can.
The editing mode of the respective product or bundle opens on the right-hand side. Products and bundles that are not currently being processed are minimized. Click on the arrow or the respective product or bundle in the product tree to open the corresponding editing mode again.
Enter the following information for each product:
Define Internal Title.
Optionally select delivery list.
Assign access right*.
Accounting and Tax Information
Optionally, add ledger.
Optionally, add cost center.
Add Tax Type*.
Enter the following information per step:
Enter a Product title for this step*. This title is displayed in the checkout and appears on the invoice.
Optionally, add legal advice and summary.
Select a Time Based Contract Structure*.
Enter the following information for each bundle :
Enter an Internal Title.
Enter Official Bundle Title*.
This title is displayed in the checkout and appears on the invoice.Optionally add description and legal advice.
Enter the details described above for each bundle product and step.
Summary tab
All details of the offer, the respective products, bundles and steps are broken down again in the table so that the parameters can be checked again and edited if necessary.
