What is a Frisbii Release Note?
A release note covers all the new features present in a new version of Frisbii: functionalities, bug fixes, improvements to the user experience and updates to our knowledge base.
This release note is intended for all users of the Frisbii application, and in particular for administrators of the Salesforce org on which it is installed.
We update our release notes as soon as possible, after each new version of the Frisbii application. Our Release Notes provide brief descriptions of the improvements and new features we've introduced.
How is the update performed?
The new version is available on request. Please open a support request from your Frisbii Community and ask for the update.

For all Frisbii Finance or Administrator users.
Why
The new functionality meets several needs:
One of your customers takes out several subscriptions which have separate cycles (the terms of the contract are potentially different) but which must be invoiced together.
The entity billed is not the same as the entities with subscriptions.
Different products are billed at different rates for the same subscription.
Bonus: grouping allows you to have different indexes on a group subscription by using different indexes on group subscriptions.

| Compact displays Do you need more information before registration opens? A compact presentation shows the main fields of a record in the Salesforce mobile application and in Lightning Experience. We've introduced compact presentations for all Frisbii items.

List views As soon as you install Frisbii, you'll benefit from a host of clear, useful list views to speed up your business and make life easier for your staff. For each Frisbii object, the list view columns have been revised and additional list views added. For the Subscription object, for example, you'll now find these list views:

Export and send invoices
| Chorus Pro With Frisbii, you can export your invoices to the Chorus Pro public portal, where all invoices to the public service must be deposited. In Winter '21, this function has been enhanced. |
Easier sending of PDFs stored in Files If you store your PDFs of quotations, invoices or subscriptions in Files, we've added an LWC that lets you send them directly, without going through Activities.

Automations
| Automatic renewal of subscriptions - Generation of billing schedules During the automatic generation of a schedule following the renewal of a subscription, some invoices were randomly created without an invoice line or with duplicate invoice lines. This malfunction has been corrected in Winter '21. |
