Preliminary Remarks
In the tab Multiuser Subscriptions, the admin’s subscriptions are displayed and users can be managed.
Both family subscriptions and corporate subscriptions can be managed.
👨👩👧👦Family Subscription
Note
The admin is automatically added to the subscription as a user. That’s why the user amount already shows 1 even though no user has been added or invited yet.
The following functions are available:
Invite users
If a user does not yet have a customer account to access the subscription.Add users
If a user already exists in the system, they do not need to be invited but can be added.
Admins can also manage their users in the Self Service. For more information go to this article: User Management in Self Service
User Management
Invite users
The “Invite user” function is used to invite users who do not yet have a customer account to access the subscription.
The following user details can be defined:

User Information
Salutation
First and last name
Email address*
Add User to Following Products*
separate products: it can be chosen which product(s) the user should be added to.
bundle: the user is automatically added to all products.
Subscription Runtime
Define for how long the user will have access to the product/s.Unlimited
Flexible Runtime
The subscription starts when the user redeems the invitation code.With Specific End Date
The subscription ends automatically on a fixed end date.
By clicking on Save, the user receives an email containing an invitation code and the link to the landing page (the URL is defined in the offer creation) on which the invitation code can be entered and the user can create their own account to access the service.
Note
The corresponding email template must be activated in the Merchant Backend for the email template to be sent out.

Invited users are stored in the tab Invitations in the User Management.

Add user

In the search field, it can be searched for email address and customer ID, or use search with operators.
Add User to Following Products*
separate products: it can be chosen which product(s) the user should be added to.

The user receives an email informing them that they have been added to this subscription and now have access to it. All they have to do is log in to their account.
Note
The corresponding email template must be activated in the Merchant Backend for the email to be sent out.
Where can I find the user subscription?
The user subscription can be found in the user’s customer account in the tab Subscriptions and sub-tab Multiuser Subscriptions.

Cancel active user subscriptions
All users and their subscriptions are listed in the Multiuser Subscriptions tab.
The subscriptions can be
canceled now
→ If cancellation is to be withdrawn, a new subscription must be created. In the subscription log, both the canceled and the new subscription are listed separately.canceled at a given date
→ If cancellation is to be withdrawn before the specified date, the subscription is activated again. In the subscription log, only one entry can be found for this subscription.

Where can I find the user subscription?
The user subscription can be found in the user’s customer account in the tab Subscriptions and sub-tab Multiuser Subscriptions.

Upload CSV
If a large amount of users are to be added/invited to the multiuser subscription, the CSV upload can be used.
Note
The CSV file can contain a maximum of 500 rows. Files exceeding this limit cannot be uploaded and processed.
We provide the CSV template which can easily be downloaded from the dialog window.
How to use the CSV upload:
Click on Upload CSV in the action bar.
Click on Download CSV template.
Fill in the csv file (comma-separated).
email and subscriptionItemChainIds are mandatory fields. subscriptionItemChainIds is already prefilled with the correct ID(s) and can be found in the subscription information tile as well.
Example row:max.muster@example.com,MR,Jane,Doe,123456,[12345],14Upload the CSV file and click on Upload & Continue.
The system automatically filters which email addresses already exist in the Merchant Backend - these users are added. All users with unknown email addresses are invited.
Download Invitation Codes
In the action bar, click on Download Invitation Codes.
All invitation codes are downloaded as CSV file, containing first name, last name, email and invitation code.
Email Domain Settings
The email domain settings can be used to set whether users are allowed to add themselves to a subscription with a specific email domain.
Note
This function requires you to provide a landing page for the purchasing company. The page should detect the user’s email domain, and if the domain is valid, it should trigger the
addmultiuserAPI call to add the user to the multiuser subscription.Each subscription needs its own landing page, otherwise, the subscription cannot be connected to the user.
In the user management in the action bar, click on Email Domain Settings.
Use the slider to activate the email domain registration.
Define the email domain with which users can add themselves to the subscription.
Several email domains can be entered here, if required - for example: frisbii.de and frisbii.at

User Settings
In the user settings, it can be defined whether active users can cancel their subscription in Self Service or not.
Cancel active user subscriptions
All users and their subscriptions are listed in the Multiuser Subscriptions tab.

The list can be filtered using the search function.
Subscription log
The subscription log helps to keep track of invoicing. As the active users are billed within the billing period - even if they were activated and deactivated again during this period - the log helps to show the active users within the billing period. The search can be used to filter by billing period.
Billing is based on the number of users activated during the accounting period. This means that each user who had access to the product within that timeframe will be billed. The log provides transparency by showing every subscription that was started for each product.

This log is linked to the invoice. Clicking on the link in the invoice detail view automatically opens the list pre-filtered by billing period.
